Based at our bustling store on Hamngatan 37 in the heart of Stockholm, this role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional ready to step into a leadership position within the retail industry. As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our sales floor, driving sales, and providing top-notch customer service. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing sales team.
  • Ensuring outstanding customer service standards are met consistently.
  • Monitoring sales targets and KPIs while identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Managing stock levels and ensuring the shop floor is well-presented.
  • Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Implementing visual merchandising guidelines to enhance the store's atmosphere.
  • Collaborating with upper management to strategize improvements and marketing campaigns.

Required Profile

We are seeking a Floor Manager who brings a blend of enthusiasm, leadership skills, and retail expertise. Ideal candidates should exhibit the following qualities:
